i had a sudden thought when i was scrolling thru the singapore idol website. I SAW JEASSEA AT TOPSHOP THE DAY AFTER PRELIMS WHEN ALL THE IDOLS WERE IN TOWN SHOPPING. i was with sheeni and stef and lydia and stacia, and we were wandering around aimlessly while sheeni held a grand reunion with a primary school friend she bumped into. then a very excited phone call came. actually excited phone callS came. apparently many people had bumped into many idols in town and were spreading the joy. so we just screamed YOU LUCKY DOGS and put down the phone. until sheeni started waving frantically from behind some rack of skirts. she mouthed "JEASSEA!!!" and i thought she was mad. so i went over to her and she mouthed it again. and i interpreted it as jessie. as in jessie chee. so i was like WHATS THE BIG DEAL? until she got of the phone and told me. then i spun around and there she was, 3 metres away, wih her boyfriend/husband. so we all congregated to gape at her. until sheeni told us to stop being idiots. i wanted to go and get her autograph, but since we were supposed to STOP BEING IDIOTS, i didnt. DAMN. WHY DIDNT I. SHEENI ITS ALL YOUR FAULT.

ha. and i was at bible study during the results show so i didnt manage to catch it so sweet charlotte was updating me. the "beverly is out" wasn't so shocking. then came the "OH MY GOD JEASSEA IS OUT. JERRY IS IN. HOW CAN JEASSEA BE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". and all discussions of how to repair a broken fellowship with god flew out the window and everybody went into mourning.

sigh.
SOMEBODY GIVE THE GIRL A RECORDING CONTRACT.

and i still can't find a nice dress for prom. and everybody is so going to faint when i turn up in a dress. sarah tham. the girl who has never had long hair. who has never worn any sort of girly clothing (other than sports bras probably). who lived outside the office for suspected homosexuality. IS GOING TO WEAR A DRESS. i think I'M going to faint.
